The following terms and conditions apply to our food promotional deals.
What are our promotional deals?
Our promotional deals are super tasty, high quality and fabulously cost effective!
Our promotional deals include our Muffin Monday deal (core menu only), Burger Wednesday Deal (see below for specific T&Cs), Coffee Hero deal, 3 for 3 deal, $10 Burger & Drink Deal, $2 Cinnamon Scroll Deal, 2x Hot Jam Donut & Coffee Deal, The Simple and Healthy Deal, Daily Juice Deal, Breaky Champ, McBowser, Tradie Thursday, Coffee & Red Bull and any other deal offered on our promotion page.
Which stores?
Our kitchen size and equipment varies from store to store. This means that not all stores are able to offer all Promotional Deals.

If a store doesn’t offer a particular Promotional Deal, it will be listed on the promotion page.
When are the Promotional Deals available?
The Promotional Deals are only available on the days and at the times specified on the promotion page.
If all or any of the component parts of the Promotional Deals become unavailable for any reason, we may suspend all or any of the Promotional Deals at all or any of our stores.
Sometimes, good things must come to an end and our Promotional Deals might be cancelled or discontinued at all or any of our stores from time to time. If this occurs, we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
What’s included?
We work hard to put our Promotional Deals together focusing on high quality, tasty ingredients. To ensure our consistent, high-quality standards, our Promotional Deals (or any of the products used in our Promotional Deals) cannot be exchanged, varied, modified or substituted.
We may modify, vary or substitute all or any of the products listed on promotion page should this be necessary due to a scarcity of supply, a change of suppliers, a change to the raw products or for any other commercial reason.
Price
The price of our Promotional Deals may be changed by us from time to time. If there’s a price rise, we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
Quantities
Subject to product availability, there’s no limit on the number of Promotional Deals that can be purchased at an available time except for our burgers on Burger Wednesday. On Burger Wednesdays, a limit of four burgers per transaction applies.
We also cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired quantity of Promotional Deals (our Promotional Deals are popular and may run out!).
Burger Wednesdays
If you make any purchase in store on Wednesdays (including fuel but excluding tobacco), you’ll qualify for our Burger Wednesday Deal. This means you’re entitled to purchase any burger from our core menu range for $5!! As our burgers are popular, a limit of four burgers per transaction applies. If you’d like to modify any of our burgers on Burger Wednesday, a fee of $2.95 will apply. Any burgers that are not part of our core range (including any ‘limited time offer’ burgers) are excluded from our Burger Wednesday promotion.
Pre-purchasing
Promotional Deals must be purchased for immediate consumption.
Products that form part of a Promotional Deal cannot be pre-purchased and redeemed at a later date using a gift card, voucher or coffee card. For example, if a customer purchases 4 coffee cards but redeems the coffee cards in separate transactions, they’re not entitled to receive the Coffee Hero deal on the original transaction. The Coffee Hero deal is only available if four coffees are purchased in one transaction for immediate consumption.
Consumer law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Act).
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of any condition or warranty implied under the Act is, at our option, limited to:
- the replacement of the Promotional Deal or the supply of an equivalent Promotional Deal; or
- the payment of the cost of replacing the Promotional Deal or of acquiring equivalent goods to the Promotional Deal.
Variation
These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time.
If these terms and conditions are varied, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as is possible in the circumstances.
